Based in Dongguan, Fumei New Materials is a one-stop source factory integrating R&D design, mold development, foam molding, post-processing, inspection and delivery for dual-material customization of EPP and ETPU. In terms of production infrastructure, our factory operates a standardized automatic molding workshop equipped with multiple dedicated automatic molding machines for EPP and ETPU, pre-expansion systems and intelligent drying & curing ovens. The whole workflow — bead pre-expansion, filling and molding, cooling & pressure holding, drying and internal stress relief — is fully controlled in-house, reducing quality fluctuations caused by outsourced processes. Whether it is high-density textured EPP packaging boxes, multi-positioning precision inserts, or ETPU pet balls and special-shaped elastic products with varied rebound feel, we can set dedicated process parameters to stably control product density, hardness, resilience and dimensional tolerance, and guarantee batch consistency.
Front-loaded technical review is our core advantage over simple subcontract manufacturers. At the initial stage of a project, our engineering team will assess the manufacturability of customer drawings based on the molding characteristics of EPP and ETPU. We focus on analyzing wall thickness distribution, draft angle, vent layout, shrinkage compensation and filling difficulties. For challenging features such as complex positioning slots, deep cavities, textured surfaces and irregular shapes, we provide structural optimization suggestions in advance to avoid trial-mold risks.
We also offer mature functional modification options: EPP can be antistatic modified, mold-textured, engraved with embossed logos and formulated for low-dust & clean-grade applications. For ETPU, adjustable softness and hardness, multi-color matching and textured shapes are available. Multiple prototype versions can be provided for comparison testing to cut customers’ new-product iteration costs.
Our robust quality control system meets high-standard audit requirements across various industries. A three-level inspection mechanism is implemented: first-article confirmation, in-process patrol inspection and pre-delivery sampling inspection. Special gauges are used for dimensional verification. Test reports for material properties are available, complying with RoHS and REACH environmental regulations. The factory has obtained ISO certifications for quality, environmental and occupational health management systems. For static-sensitive scenarios such as electronics, energy storage and automotive components, we supply stable antistatic EPP products. For precision optics and testing instruments, low-dust, low-precipitation EPP reusable packaging solutions are available.
Flexible delivery arrangements support both new-product development and recurring bulk orders. For R&D projects, rapid prototyping and small-batch pilot production are supported for customers to complete performance and appearance verification. Once the design is finalized, stable production capacity enables us to handle continuous large orders and deliver according to customers’ production schedules. Two product lines run in parallel: one serves industrial reusable cushion packaging and the other develops elastic pet toys, satisfying customization demands from different sectors.
